Spencer Anderson, a 24-year-old man from Clarkston, Michigan, has been charged with three counts of malicious destruction of police property. The incident occurred when Waterford police discovered their Automatic License Plate Readers were no longer functional. One of the damaged cameras captured an image of the suspect's car and its license plate. The suspect is scheduled to appear in court on March 11 for a probable cause conference.
