Milan tech firm Bending Spoons picks banks for $20 billion US listing, sources say

Milan-based tech firm, Bending Spoons, has chosen banks including Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan Allen & Co, Bank of America, BNP Paribas, and Jefferies for a potential $20 billion listing. The company's name is inspired by the Hollywood movie "The Matrix" and it recently bought the web portal AOL. The listing is expected to happen in the coming months, subject to market conditions.
