JLN Contracting has been awarded the construction of three new 9,000-square-foot retail buildings at the South Windsor development. The construction is expected to begin at the end of April, with an estimated 10-month timeline. The buildings are expected to be constructed concurrently, staggered by four to six weeks, while ongoing roadway infrastructure work continues. The project has been approved as part of a modified site plan for the development, which includes approximately 38,240 square feet of retail space and 50,400 square feet in office space.
