The company's owner, Babir Sultan, notes that tensions in the Middle East make it difficult business. The discounts are offered through a text reward program, which customers can receive discounts of 5 cents per day and larger discounts on FavTrip Fridays. Sultan, who started out managing the first store for his parents, is now the president and CEO of the company. He also notes that the company's focus is on family friendlyliness and not selling alcohol or lottery tickets.
