The incident occurred on March 11, when police received a call for a stolen vehicle and tracked down the vehicle at an angled parking spot in Linwood Square. O'Maddish, who allegedly stopped the car by parking behind it to block it in and then allegedly fired three times into the driver's window as King attempted to move the car out of the space.
