Johnson & Johnson has joined the TrumpRX website and its own direct-to-consumer platform, JNJ Direct, to sell three name-brand diabetes drugs and a blood thinner at a discount. The three drugs, which are sold under the brand names Invokamet, InvokometXR, and Invokana, start at $225 each, a 62-percent discount from the original price of $1,795. The move follows a January agreement with the Trump administration to reduce drug prices and increase access to affordable prescriptions under Medicaid. The company had previously announced a $55 billion commitment to support research, production, and technology investments by early 2029.
