Palantir Posts Very Long X Post Denouncing ‘Vacant and Hollow Pluralism’

Palantir X account, the Palantir CEO Alex Karp and co-author of The Technological Republic: Hard Power, Soft Belief, and the Future of the West, published a long post on Sunday criticising "Vacant and Hollow Pluralism" in a book co-authored by Karp, Nicholas W. Zamiska, suggesting that America is decadent and lacking a sense of possibility, in need of a unified technological-military project to compete with and potentially kill enemies with the help of AI. The post also suggests respect for tech leaders rather than acting like all cultures are good, while some have proven middling, and harmful, while others have produced wonders. Despite these murky views being acknowledged as being murky, Palantar, a defense contractor with a market capitalization of about $350 billion, its AI tools are already being used in wars around the world.
