Light aircraft lifted from Lee-on-the-Solent beach after crash

A Cessna aircraft overturned on a beach near Lee-on-the-Solent Sailing Club, Hampshire, after landing in the sea. The pilot, a man from West Sussex, sustained minor injuries and was transported to the scene. The aircraft was removed from the beach and later recovered from the car park. An investigation into the accident has been launched.
