The Knicks defeated the Hawks 140-89 in Game 6, largely due to contributions fromOG Anunoby, CJ McCollum, and Mikal Bridges. The star of the series was instrumental in the Knicks' victory, scoring 26 points and four steals in the first half and finishing with 29 points, seven rebounds and two assists. Despite a poor performance from McCollom in the crucial game, he was found to be a hero. The Knicks' run from an early 11-9 lead led them to a 50-point lead in the second quarter.
