Two men are facing charges for ABDUCTING a 14-year-old girl and two adults in relation to child abuse, with one expected to be in court today. The girl was discovered inside a home in LEXINGTON with two adults after SOCIAL Services discovered a report of child abandonment. SAMIR RUIZ and RAFAEL MORENO are being charged with ABdUCTION OF A CHILD and OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE, while another man is being held without bond for FELONY ABDICTION OF THE CHILD. Three people are also being charged for two separate separate shootings. A motorcycle crash in North Wilkesboro has resulted in the death of 22-year old Winston Jahleel Poe, who was ejected across the guardrail and later died from his injuries.
