The 1966 Ford "Not-a-Mustang" car is found on Bring a Trailer, which is part of Hearst Autos. The car is a rare K-code V-8 car and came with 271 horsepower from the factory. However, it is not a 1960s Mustang, as Ford was a well-established brand in Europe and Europe was not a significant market for Mustangs. Ford sold Mustangs in France, the UK, and Germany in the mid-1960s without naming them. The company changed the name to T5 for cars sold in Germany and removed the "Mustang." symbol from their steering wheels and added new T5 emblems for the fenders. This example was restored 10 years ago and is in exceptional condition.
