A New York man, Miguel Lisandro, has been arrested on child pornography charges after investigators found images depicting children on electronic devices at his home. The state's Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force and the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children were involved in the investigation. Lisandro was charged with promoting a sexual performance by a child and possessing a sexualized child. He is scheduled to be arraigned later in the day.
