BBC COO Leigh Tavaziva is stepping down from her role, marking the third board-level executive to leave the organisation in the past four months. The announcement was made in an internal email to staff and follows director-general Tim Davie and news chief Deborah Turness' resignations in November. Despite her departure, she expressed pride in her role and intention to continue working closely with Rhodri Talfan Davies as Interim Director-General.
