Two killed as heavy thunderstorms hit Oman

Two people were killed in Oman following heavy thunderstorms that affected several governorates. The Civil Defence and Ambulance Authority responded to 14 reports of trapped individuals trapped inside vehicles. The National Early Warning Centre has warned of continued thunderstorms across several states, including Al Buraimi, North and South Al Batinah, Al Dhahirah, and Al Dakhiliyah.
