The opening of the first drive-thru coffee chain shop in Anne Arundel County and the opening of a New England-based restaurant, Burtons Grill and Bar, has also been announced. However, an iconic department store chain, like 7-Eleven, may be closing some of its locations across the state. The parent company of 7-11 plans to close 645 convenience stores across North America, with some potentially locations potentially on the chopping block.
