The primary election in North Carolina's fourth congressional district is set to take place on Tuesday. The winner will face incumbent Democratic North Carolina Rep. Valerie Foushee, who is also opposed by Durham County Commission Nida Allam. Allam has previously advocated for the abolition of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ISP), while Foushey supports the "Melt ICE ACT".
