Senate bill would promote Joyuda as tourist & gastronomic destination.

A measure filed by Sen. Jeison Rosa Ramos in the island Legislature aims to promote the southwestern fishing village of Joyuda as a tourist and gastronomic destination. The measure would require the Puerto Rico Tourism Company to develop a strategic plan for the development, marketing, and promotion of the area. It also includes implementation of a signage system and organization of the tourist route. The initiative aims to strengthen the economic development of the western region and enhance its culinary and tourist offerings.
