Columbia Pictures' science-fiction epic "Project Hail Mary" topped the China box office over the weekend, earning RMB53.3 million ($7.5 million) in its second frame. This makes it the highest-grossing film in the country, with "Hoppers" taking in $5 million and bringing its total to $16.3m. The racing-comedy "Pegasus 3" held the third spot, earning $3.4 million and reaching a cumulative total of $612.3M since its debut. Other top films included "Blades of the Guardians" and "It's OK".
