Gregory Bovino, the former commander-at-large of the U.S. Border Patrol, is set to retire from federal service in March. Despite being removed from his position in January following the death of American citizens Renee Good and Alex Pretti in Minneapolis, where immigration and deportation efforts clashed with anti-ICE demonstrations. The Department of Homeland Security has not yet submitted any retirement paperwork for Bovinos. Bovini confirmed his retirement plans in an exclusive interview with Breitbart Texas.
