DA: Sandwich man charged with murdering sister

A 67-year-old man from the Cape & Islands has been charged with murder for the death of his sister. The arrest occurred on March 24, 2026, following a well-being check at a residence in Sandwich. Police found the body of Jennifer Beltrame, who showed obvious signs of trauma. The suspect will be arraigned in Barnstable District Court.
