A man, Jerod Wilson, 45, has been arrested after police discovered a large amount of suspected drugs in a Hammond home. The search took place after police learned that Wilson had a gun in his possession. Wilson is charged with possession with intent to distribute Schedule I drugs, possession of Schedule II drugs, and possession of drug paraphernalia. The investigation will be forwarded to the United State’s Attorney’�s Office for potential federal prosecution.
