Northeast Ohio Weather: More rain and much colder today

The cold front that moved through southern Ohio will return as a warm front tomorrow, bringing rain and potential for flooding. The highest chance of rain is expected to occur this afternoon, with many towns expected to receive significant amounts of rainfall. The weather will be more windy and chilly, with temperatures expected to reach around 40 to 51 degrees.
