Tim Ream, the captain of the USMNT, is facing pressure as Team USA is thin at center back ahead of the World Cup in June. At 38 years old, Ream is one of Team USA's biggest question marks. With manager Mauricio Pochettino playing three at the back, Chris Richards' name is written in indelible ink. Ream will need to prove he has enough left to excel at this level. The third spot is up for grabs among Mark McKenzie, Miles Robinson and Auston Trusty. Noahkai Banks, who pulled out of this camp, may also decide to represent the U.S. and Germany.
