Man charged with animal cruelty after beating up chihuahua: police

The Florida man, 41-year-old Kyle Nesbitt, has been arrested for allegedly beating up a chihuahua named Bear. The incident occurred in January, according to the Brevard County Sheriff's Office. The dog's injuries, including a missing tooth, swollen eyes, and multiple injuries, were inconsistent with Nesbender's account. Nisesbitt has been charged with animal cruelty and is currently in the custody of the sheriff.
