The trial of North Andover police officer Kelsey Fitzsimmons, who was shot by a fellow officer in 2025, continues. The officer, Patrick Noonan, claims that Fitzsammons pointed a gun at him while he was trying to serve her a restraining order from her fiancé. Her defense argues that she was suffering from postpartum depression and was distraught over losing custody of her child.
