A judge has reduced the bonds for two men charged with complicity to murder in a deadly shooting outside a Shively nightclub. The suspects, identified as Chance Guthrie and D'Montray Rox, are accused of planning to kill their victim, Rodney Parker, and three others. The bail was reduced from $500,000 to $100,000, and Guthrie's from $1 million.
