Woman found dead in Cleveland’s Tremont neighborhood

The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner has identified the victim as 59-year-old Maria Delgado, who was found dead in the 23rd. The victim was discovered in the same location as the previous owner of the business. The investigation is ongoing.
