James Wan to Direct ‘The Gangster, The Cop, The Devil’ for Paramount (Exclusive)

James Wan has been recruited by Paramount Pictures to direct and produce an English-language remake of Korean movie The Gangster, The Cop, The Devil for Paramount Pictures. This will be Wan's first feature since 2023's Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom. Don Lee, one of the stars of the original movie, is attached to star in the new project. Wan will produce via his Atomic Monster banner and Michael Clear will also produce. The screenplay is written by Shay Hatten and based on a draft from Brian Helgeland.
