Man in SUV among 2 shot in Philadelphia's East Falls neighborhood

The shooting occurred around 8:11 p.m. on Friday night in the East Falls section of Philadelphia. One victim was found with a gunshot wound to the head inside a Kia, and another victim told police they were walking nearby at the time of the shooting. Police believe the shooter may have fired from another vehicle. Both victims are aged 23 and no arrests have been announced.
