A time capsule from 2010, which was supposed to be opened a year later, was uncovered at Laredo International Airport. The metal box contained nearly two decades' worth of items from that time, including a bobblehead created for KGNS. The city plans to return the letters, photos, and objects to those who placed them there 16 years ago.
