Couture was arrested at 9:32 a.m. on April 16 on theft by unauthorized taking, a felony due to two prior convictions, criminal trespass, willful concealment, and criminal trespass charges. Other arrests include Jason D. Woodley, born 1982, of Concord, for camping restricted and generic city ordinance violations.
