Zach Cregger and Zach Shields, known for their work on the Monsterverse franchise, are writing the script for a planned prequel feature for Cregger's 2025 horror hit, titled "Gladys". The project is in development from Warner Bros. Pictures and New Line Cinema. The prequel follows the story of a group of children who mysteriously go missing.
