The first-degree murder charge against Angie Cutnose has been dismissed after prosecutors found insufficient evidence to proceed. The case was originally connected to the 1997 killing of 32-year-old Todd Sanseverino. The Tulsa County Sheriff's Office declined to comment on the dismissal of the case.
