Nevada Department of Education designates 32 CCSD schools as Purple Star Schools

The Nevada Department of Education has designated 32 Clark County School District schools as Purple Star Schools for 2026. The designation is intended to support children in military families during their transition to new schools and communities. Schools must meet certain criteria such as maintaining a designated Purple Star School page on their website, celebrating military child month, creating an active student-led transition program.
