Hans Hamilton, a good Samaritan who stopped his car to help a motorist on the side of a Florida highway, was allegedly attacked on March 30 near Walt Disney World. The assault was caught on Hamilton's Tesla camera and appears to have been caused by 44-year-old Daniel Coman. Hamilton suffered four broken ribs, a brain bleed, multiple contusions, and a concussion. An arrest affidavit reveals Coman approached an Orange County Sheriff's Office deputy who was able to detain him and handcuff him. Both Hamilton and Coman were taken to the hospital and face charges of battery on a law enforcement officer, resisting an officer with violence, assault on an officer, battery and criminal mischief.
