Daniel Ozimek, an autism specialist for the Mequon-Thiensville School District, shares her most rewarding part of her job as an instructional leader, coach and advocate for students with autism. She believes that every child can learn if the best way to instruct them can be found. Ozimeik also shares her personal experiences and dedication to building responsive programs, empowering educators, and creating learning environments where students can thrive academically, socially and emotionally. Outside of work, she enjoys learning and exploring new places through travel, spending time with extended family and renovating her 100+ year-old home.
