CSPD: Officer witnesses motorcyclist go airborne in crash

An officer was driving on Platte Avenue near the Citadel Mall when he witnessed a motorcyclist go airborne after hitting a truck. The incident occurred at around 4:30 p.m. on Friday, April 10. The motorcycle rider was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
