A 24-year-old man died following a shooting incident in Statesville, North Carolina, which was called a home invasion. The incident occurred around 11:30 p.m. on the 200 block of East Bell Street. Police found the victim with multiple gunshot wounds and began administering care to him until he died. The person responsible for the shooting has been identified and there is no current threat to the public.
