The last day of school for the Montgomery County Public School calendar may change if lawmakers approve a bill that allows schools to meet a minimum number of instructional hours rather than extending the calendar. The bill has already passed the House of Delegates and is currently before the Education, Energy, and the Environment Committee. If approved, school will not be extended to June 25th.
