A federal judge in the Southern District of New York has dismissed 10 of Blake Lively's 13 sexual harassment lawsuit against director Justin Baldoni, allowing a narrower set of allegations, including breach of contract and retaliation-related claims, to proceed. The ruling follows a court-mandated settlement conference on Feb. 11 that ended without an agreement. Lively is seeking more than $160 million in damages. Baldoni's attorney, Jonathan Bach, argued that the dispute stemmed from creative disagreements, not unlawful conduct. The case remains on track for trial on May 18.
