Downtown shooting leaves 1 in critical condition, 1 arrested

A person is in critical condition after being shot in the face of the public, according to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department. The incident occurred around 2.30am. Police have arrested a suspect in relation to the incident. The suspect is believed to be a member of the group responsible for the shooting.
