Investor John Devaney is selling his 2.38-acre Key Biscayne property for a record $237 million, a significant increase from the previous $170 million purchase by Mark Zuckerberg. The property, which dates back to around 1981, was once part of Richard Nixon's winter White House estate and features a 13,000-square-foot home with a glass elevator. If it sells for that price, it would be among one of the priciest dwellings ever sold in America. Devaney purchased the property in 2003 for $15 million, then added another $15m for adjacent parcels. The home also features a music studio, a piano-shaped pool, and a game room.
