Gal Gadot's Genesis Prize award is being used as a matching-gifts campaign to aid in the recovery of Israel following the October 7, 2023, massacre and ongoing conflicts. The initiative was launched with the Jewish Funders Network (JFN), with the foundation pledging $1 million and other donors expected to contribute an additional $2 million. The program will support NGOs helping Israelis cope with trauma, loss, and displacement. It will focus on initiatives that train and retain therapists, educators, social workers, and community leaders, while expanding mental health and community-care capacity.
