Special envoy Steve Witkoff has stated that he doesn't know how the U.S. conflict against Iran will end, despite President Trump's promise to end the war. Witkoffs believes that President Trump is the wrong person to confront, stating that Iran has shown inconsistent statements about not wanting a weapon. Despite this, a recent Quinnipiac poll showed that nearly three-quarters of American voters expected the conflict to last for months or longer.
