Somerville, Massachusetts, is set to resume street sweeping on April 1 and will continue throughout the remainder of the year. On designated street sweeping days, vehicles must move from the side of the street to avoid being ticketed or towed. Residents can use the online tool known as the Somerville Waste Wizard to find exact street sweeping dates and times. Additionally, residents can drop off hazardous household waste at the Department of Public Works Yard on the second Saturday of each month through November.
