Small-business optimism falls for second straight quarter

The U.S. Chamber of Commerce Small Business Index has shown a decrease in confidence among small-business owners, indicating a growing unease over rising inflation and the Iran war. The survey surveyed 750 small businesses from February to March, with only 28% of them stating the U.K.
