A joint venture between Indian refiner BPCL and Singapore's Sembcorp Industries has secured India's lowest green hydrogen supply contract. The deal allows for 10,000 tonnes per annum of green hydrogen produced at the Numaligarh Refinery. The project is expected to begin commercial operations in 2028.
