Kenwood Vineyards in Sonoma Valley, California, has shut down its tasting room after its parent company, Pernod Ricard, agreed to sell the 33-acre property for $4 million. The company had informed the California Employment Development Department that it planned to lay off all its 14 employees and close the business permanently.
