Nvidia is reportedly preparing to launch its first mobile chip, the N1, which is believed to be an all-new SoC (system on a chip). The N1 is likely to be housed on an engineering motherboard, which has 128GB of LPDDR5X RAM, more than what typically comes in thin and light laptops. The chip is expected to be designed for regular laptop users and an N1X variant with additional GPU cores to enhance rendering and lightweight gaming on a lightweight laptop. Despite the ongoing RAM crisis, Nvidia seems set to announce N1 soon at the annual Computex computing convention this June.
