Cotswold incident: Motorcyclist airlifted to hospital after 'serious' crash

A motorcyclist has been airlifted to hospital with serious injuries following a two-vehicle collision on the A429 Fosseway in Stow-on-the-Wold. The incident occurred at around 16:15 BST on Saturday and involved a silver Triumph Trident motorbike and a blue Volkswagen Polo. The man was air-transformed to University Hospital Coventry and Warwickshire where he remains for treatment. Police have urged anyone with relevant information to contact them.
